OUR SERVICES
What We Can
Do For You
We provide a range of supports designed to help people live more independently, build confidence, and stay connected to their community.
Our focus is on delivering consistent, high-quality support that is tailored to each individual.

1:1 Support
Our 1:1 disability support is tailored to each individual and their goals.
We support participants at home and in the community with daily routines, appointments, social activities, and skill building.
Our focus is on consistency, trust, and helping each person feel comfortable, supported, and in control of their day-to-day life.

Group Activities
Our group activities are designed to bring people together in a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable environment.
They’re a great way for participants to build confidence, develop social skills, and connect with others in a relaxed setting. Whether someone is naturally social or needs a bit of encouragement, we create a space where everyone feels comfortable and welcome.
We run a variety of activities based on participant interests, and we’re always open to trying new ideas.
Examples of Activities:
-
Dungeons and Dragons
-
Cooking groups
-
Social groups
-
Sewing groups
-
Mindfulness sessions

-
Art and creative groups
Our focus is on making activities meaningful, enjoyable, and suited to the people involved. We keep things flexible and participant-led, so activities evolve based on what people actually want to do.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services provide reliable, structured support for people who need assistance with daily living.
We support participants with routines, personal care, household tasks, and skill development within a safe and supportive home environment.
Our goal is to create stability, build independence, and ensure each person feels comfortable and at home.

Community Access
Community access is about helping participants stay engaged with the world around them.
We support people to attend appointments, go shopping, visit local places, and take part in social and recreational activities.
Whether it’s a regular outing or trying something new, we focus on making community participation enjoyable and meaningful.
Day Programs
Our day programs run during the week at our Armidale Hub and provide a structured, supportive environment for participants.
Activities are designed to build independence, encourage social interaction, and support personal development.
It’s a great option for participants looking for routine, connection, and meaningful daily activities.

Personal Care
We provide personal care support with a strong focus on dignity, privacy, and respect.
This includes assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal needs.
We take the time to understand each person’s preferences and ensure support is delivered in a way that feels safe and comfortable.
Employment Support
We support participants to develop the skills and confidence needed to move toward employment.
This includes building routines, improving communication, and developing practical workplace skills.
We work alongside each person to explore opportunities that align with their interests and goals.
